Good To Know

Please do not touch the hot water tank settings. It is already set to an economical and comfortable temperature.

Keys are kept in the lock box. Guests will receive the code before arrival.

Guests who want to use the projector should bring a laptop with a USB-C connector. The cable at the house is there to connect a USB-C laptop to the projector.

If anything is unclear, the easiest option is to message directly on WhatsApp.

How To Play Music Through The House Speakers

  1. Turn on the Logitech Bluetooth device.
  2. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
  3. Connect to the Logitech device.
  4. Once connected, your music will play through the house speakers.
  5. Use the volume controls on your device and on the speakers if needed.

If the connection does not start right away, turn Bluetooth off and on again and try reconnecting.

How To Use The BenQ Projector

  1. Turn on the projector with the remote or the power button.
  2. Wait for the projector to fully start.
  3. Use the cable provided at the house to connect a laptop with a USB-C connector to the projector.
  4. Guests should bring their own laptop with a USB-C connector if they want to use the projector.
  5. Select the input source that matches the connected laptop cable, then adjust focus and volume if needed.

Important: The cable available in the house is for connecting a laptop with a USB-C connector to the projector.

Please leave the cable and remote near the projector after use.

How To Use The Air Conditioning

  1. Use the air-conditioning remote fixed on the wall.
  2. Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.
  3. Select cooling or heating mode, then use the temperature buttons to adjust.
  4. A comfortable setting is usually around 22 to 24°C.
  5. Please turn it off when you leave the house and keep doors and windows closed while it is running.

If the unit does not respond right away, point the remote at the indoor unit and try again.

Simple Oven, Microwave, And Fridge Instructions

  • Microwave: put food in a microwave-safe container, close the door, choose the time, and press start.
  • Do not use metal inside the microwave.
  • Oven: choose the cooking function, set the temperature, and allow a few minutes to preheat before cooking.
  • LG side-by-side fridge: one side is the fridge and the other is the freezer. Please make sure both doors are fully closed after use.
  • Dispenser: the second button from the right changes the dispenser from water to ice.
  • Drinking water: the fridge gives filtered water and it is recommended for drinking.
  • Please do not adjust the fridge or freezer temperature. It is already set for good performance.
  • When you finish, switch the oven and microwave off.

If anything seems unusual, please stop and send a WhatsApp message for help.

Important House Notes

  • Please do not change the hot water tank settings.
  • The hot water is already set to an economical and comfortable temperature.
  • The Logitech device connects your phone or laptop to the house speakers.
  • The projector is meant to be used with a laptop that has a USB-C connector and the cable provided in the house.
  • Garbage bins are located at the end of the street.
  • Recycling is a bit further away, down in the city.
  • The beer tap can only be used with advance notice so it can be properly cleaned and prepared before use.
  • If it has not been arranged in advance, please do not touch the beer tap or any of its parts.
  • Beer for the tap must be paid directly to the vendor.
  • If the electricity cuts out, check the breaker panel beside the entrance door.
  • Please leave cables and remotes where you found them after use.
  • If something does not work, message on WhatsApp for help.

Simple Check-Out Reminder

  1. Please leave the keys in the lock box.
  2. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and small appliances.
  3. Close windows and lock the door.
  4. Send a quick WhatsApp message when you leave if requested.

Extra Helpful Reminders

  • If you use the projector, please bring your own laptop with a USB-C connector.
  • The USB-C laptop cable should stay with the projector after use.
  • The Logitech unit is for connecting your music to the house speakers.
  • If you want to use the beer tap, please give advance notice. If it has not been arranged beforehand, please do not touch it.
  • If the power cuts, check the electric panel beside the entrance door for a breaker that is down.
  • Please do not adjust the hot water tank.
  • If you need help, WhatsApp is the fastest option.
